Stephen J Rehrer is the Owner and President of Monarch Certified Appraisal, Brokerage & Auction. He has extensive knowledge in personal property and heavy equipment valuation.He has brokered machinery and equipment domestically and internationally for over 30 years.
Stephen has also been a consultant for many years to the airlines, railroads, oil, banking and insurance industries.
Stephen holds the following certifications and designations:
