unsubstantiated or questionable
machinery and equipment appraisals.
Our seal serves to alert the public to the documentation we know is
necessary to prove that an appraiser is competent. This assures an appraisal will be
substantiated, accurate, irrefutable, defensible, and will withstand
scrutiny.
